faq's

Payments / processing

Payments are accepted from Square 

Products are typically ready to be shipped within 3 - 5 business from the time the order is placed unless noted otherwise in the item description. 

backorders

No worries, if your size is on backorder, we will get it shipped to you within 10 business days of placing your order. 

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges must be completed within 14 days of purchase. Buyer must pay for return shipping costs. All sales are final after 14 days. Refunds will only be issued after item is received and inspected.

SHIPPING

Shipping is free. Orders are shipped via USPS – Priority Mail, unless otherwise noted. Tracking number(s) is provided via email at the time the order is shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If USPS lists the items as delivered, then it is customer’s responsibility. 

RUSH ORDERS

Please contact us directly for rush processing and/or shipping prior to placing your order. 

Custom decks faq's

1) Contact blys for pricing

Email BugsLowriderYSkate@gmail.com to inquire on the price of the custom deck(s) you are interested in. BLYS will reply via email  with the full price for the board within two business days. 


Please include: your name, the board(s) you are interested, address, and phone number

2) purchase

 If you would like to proceed with purchasing the deck after receiving the price, a link to pay will be sent directly to you via email or text. 

3. Customization

Bugs will add One Name /One Word on the board at no additional cost. Additional wording can be added for an extra cost. Boards will be hand signed by Bugs and include a wall mount. 

5) SHIPPING & handling

Shipping is free of charge with the purchase of  a custom deck. Boards will be shipped with insured priority mail within five business days of receiving payment. A tracking number will be provided at the time of shipment and a signature will be required at delivery.We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If USPS lists the items as delivered, then it is customer’s responsibility. 


**Prior to shipping the board, Bugs' will buff and polish the boards one last time, add his signature, and add any customization requested. 

returns

All sales are final with custom art pieces and custom decks. Please contact us within three business days of receiving your product if you encounter any issues. We will try to our best to work out an arrangement. If we agree to return the product, buyer is responsible for return shipping.
